Sweet Hart's Bakeshop was born out of a deep love for baking and a commitment to using only the finest quality ingredients. I'm Brooke Hart, owner of Sweet Hart's Bakeshop. I run Sweet Hart's currently from my home in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Tennessee's term for this is a Cottage Bakery, which falls under the Tennessee Freedom Act. Cottage bakeries must adhere to certain laws and regulations to ensure a safe bakery can be operated from home. There are some limitations, for example, I cannot ship outside the state of Tennessee. Also, there are some restrictions on what types of things I can produce and sell. My journey began in 2020 when I chose to pursue my degree as a Pastry Chef. With passion for creating delicious treats that bring joy to celebrations and life events, as well as dedication, hard work, determination, and creativity. I have honed my craft to deliver custom cakes, gourmet treats, cookies, breads, pastries, and specialty items that exceed expectations. Each creation is made with love and attention to detail, ensuring that every bite is a delight for the senses.
